Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within thirteen unnamed ephemeral drainages, tributaries to San Marcos Creek to accommodate the roadway realignment, widening and bridge replacement improvements to Rancho Santa Fe Road. A 24-inch sewer line pipeline will be installed within the limits of temporary disturbance at the proposed bridge footprint by Vallecitos Water District during the bridge construction, impacting 2.11 acres of streambed.
