Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Patrick Thomas, representing the City of Escondido. The application proposes to alter the streambed of two unnamed drainages, tributaries to Escondido Creek, tributary to San Elijo Lagoon, tributary to the Pacific Ocean to accomodate the HARRF Tank Expansion Project. The Project consists of the construction of 2 equalization tanks, installation of associated pipeline, and replacement of a small concrete-lined ditch. Construction activity includes the grading and fill of 0.02 acre of unvegetated streambed. Approximately 0.28 acres of damaged concrete-lined channel will also be replaced, along with four 54" culverts. Three existing 36" corregated metal pipes under the access road will be replaced with three 24"concrete pipes.
