Document Description
The project modification proposes to change an approved (but not constructed) 18 hole private golf club to a public golf course. The proposed change in use would increase the current permitted 35 rounds of golf per day to 130 rounds of golf per day. Staff analysis indicated that the proposed increased number of rounds would increase the number of rounds per year from the approved 12,775 rounds per year to approximately 50,000 rounds of golf per year.
