REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A HORSE BOARDING AND TRAINING FACILITY FOR 24 HORSES ON THE PROPERTY THE REQUEST FOR A DEVELOPMENT PLAN WOULD VALIDATE EXISTING DEVELOPMENT OF 11 DWELLING UNITS FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND WOULD ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 2100 SQUARE FOOT UTILITY BUILDING. THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM WOULD BE ABANDONED AND THE PROPERTY WOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE CARPINTERIA SANITARY DISTRICT SEWER LINES. THE PROJECT WOULD REQUIRE THE REMOVAL OF ONE OAK TREE AND WATER WOULD BE PROVIDED BY THE CARPINTERIA WATER DISTRICT.
