Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of a 12 inch diameter pipeline to connect the proposed Southwest Area Reservoir to Woodson View Road located within the Mount Woodson Ranch residential development. Installation of the pipeline will require trenching and backfilling a two foot wide by five foot deep trench along the proposed alignment. The proposed pipeline easement varies between 20 and 60 feet wide, however with appropriate construction techniques, it is estimated that the area of disturbance through sections of the pipeline that traverse sensitive habitat would be approximately 16 feet wide. This Supplement addresses changes to the proposed alignment for the 12-inch diameter water pipeline that is needed to connect the proposed Southwest Area Reservoir with the existing Mount Woodson Ranch community.
