THE PROJECT WILL MEET THE WATER STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION NEEDS OF THE SOUTHWESTERN PORTION OF THE COMMUNITY OF RAMONA LOCATED BETWEEN 1700 AND 1900 FEET ABOVE THE SEA LEVEL (2000 FOOT PRESSURE ZONE).
