SECTION 253.61 REQUIRES THAT DHS PREPARE A REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN(RAP) FOR SITES SO LISTED AND IDENTIFIES SPECIFIC STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE RAP WHICH INCLUDE SUBPART F OF NATIONAL 011 AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE POLLUTION CONTINGENCY PLAN.
