PLANT WOULD PROVIDE SEWAGE TREATMENT AND RECLAMATION FOR THE PROPOSED BORREGO COUNTRY CLUB SPECIFIC PLAN LAND USES AND THE EXISTING RESIDENCES WITHIN THE SPECIFIC PLAN BOUNDARIES. TREATMENT/RECLAMATION PLANT WITH A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 230,000 GALLONS PER DAY (GPD) IS DESIGNED AND SIZED TO MEET THESE OBJECTIVES.
