CONSTRUCT A FIVE AND ONE-HALF MILE CONCRETE LINED LATERAL INTERCEPTOR. THIS WILL COLLECT DELIVERIES RETURNED BY FARMERS AND OPERATIONAL DISCHARGES. LATERAL INTERCEPTOR WILL DISCHARGE INTO A RESERVOIR WHERE THE WATER WILL BE STORED UNTIL IT IS PUMPED INTO THE ADJACENT REDWOOD CANAL FOR DELIVERY DOWNSTREAM.
