Document Description
The First Phase Project, as originally approved by the City in 1993 and modified in 1995, includes: (1) development of the eastern and western portions of Area D of the Playa Vista Property, with aproximately 337 acres of residential, office, commercial, community serving, and other urban uses, along with the completion of associated infrastructure improvements (i.e., roads, utilities, etc.); and (2) establishment of a 26.1-acre Freshwater Marsh and a Riparian Corridor.
