CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A 30 MGD WATER RECLAMATION PLANT TO BE LOCATED IN THE NORTH CITY AREA WHICH WOULD MEET OR EXCEED THE SETATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S TITLE 22 REQUIRE- MENTS FOR UNRESTRICTED BODY CONTACT. THE PLANT MAY BE EXPANDED BY 15 MGD TO A TOTAL CAPACITY OF 45 MGD. PROJECT COMPONENTS WOULD INCLUDE ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT. ASSOCIATED FACILITIES WOULD INCLUDE PUMP STATIONS, RECLAIMED WATER PIPELINES, SLUDGE PIPELINES, AND OCEAN OUTFALLS.
