THE SLUDGE PROCESSING FACILITIES WOULD BE LOCATED IN THE NORTH CITY AREA OF SAN DIEGO AT ONE OF THREE ALTERNATIVE SITES LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF I-805 AND MIRAMAR RD. THE PROPOSED PROJECT WOULD REPLACE THE EXISTING SLUDGE DRYING OPERATION CURRENTLY LOCATED ON FIESTA ISLAND IN MISSION BAY
