THE EIR WILL ADDRESS THE POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS OF DEVELOPING AND OPERATING ONE OR MORE INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES TO SERVE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION FOR EACH SITE ALTERNATIVE WILL BE DEFINED WITH CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING DESIGNS FOR A LANDFILL, A RESOURCE RECOVERY FACILITY AND COMPOSTING OPERATION.
