PROPOSED PROJECT HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE 20 COUNTRY ESTATES AND HAS DESIGNATED THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SITE AS A FUTURE PLANNING AREA WITH THE NUMBER OF LDU TO BE DETERMINED AT A LATER DATE.
