THIS REDISTRICTING STUDY WILL CULMINATE IN THE OFFICIAL BOUNDARY REDISTRICTING OF 11 ZONING DISTRICTS AND THE REZONING OF APPROX. 2,000 PARCELS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA. THE PROJECT PURPOSE IS TO ACHIEVE CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE LAND USE ELEMENT AND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
