Document Description
After certification of the project Supplemental Environmental Impact Report, DPR worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) to secure permitting for the proposed project. As a result of permitting direction received from ACOE, DPR prepared a new Aquatic Resource Delineation Report for Lindo Lake Restoration Project. Also, an Aquatic Resource Impacts Analysis for Lindo Lake Restoration Project was prepared. The revised Aquatic Resource Delineation Report resulted in modifications to the types and amount of habitat within Lindo Lake, which resulted in changes to the amount of permanent and temporary impacts that would occur to each type of habitat. As documented in the environmental findings for this project, no new significant impacts will occur as a result of the updates to the aquatic resource baseline, impact, and post-construction acreages.
