PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES YARD PIPING WITHIN THE PROJECT SITE, AND CONSTRUC- TION OF A CHLORINATION BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE GAC UNITS TO APPLY CHLORINE TO THE EFFLUENT. IN ADDITION, A CHLORINE DETECTOR AND CAUSTIC SODA SCRUBBER WILL BE INSTALLED.
