REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. III WILL ASSIST IN THE REHABILI- TATION OF EXISTING COMMERCIAL USES; THE INFILL OF NEW COMMERCIAL USES; THE RELOCATION OF MARGINAL COMMERCIAL USES; AND THE DEVELOPMENT OR REHABILITATION OF HOUSING INCLUDING LOW AND MODERATE INCOME UNITS. IT IS ALSO EXPECTED, BUT NOT KNOWN FOR CERTAIN, THAT THE REDEVELOPMENT EFFORT WILL PROVIDE FOR NEW OR IMPROVED INFRASTRUCTURES SUCH AS STREET WIDENING AND RECONSTRUCTION; SIGNALIZATION IMPROVEMENTS; CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS; STORM DRAINS AND WATER LINES.
