Approval of the Pelican Hill Resort project, a tourist commercial and visitor serving destination resort. Resort components include the Pelican Hill Inn, a 204 room hotel with a spa, pool, and restaurants, and event center; 52 Upper Casitas; 76 Lower Casitas with a recreation center; and a new golf clubhouse with associated improvements for the existing Pelican Hill Golf Course and driving range. A 473 space parking structure is proposed to serve the Inn and a 312-space parking structure is proposed for the new Golf Club.
