A tourist commercial and visitor serving destination, together with the following land uses that include: (1) 204 rooms (bungalows), a spa, pool and grill, an event center (renovated, but existing), hotel and parking structure; (2) 52 casitas (upper casitas); (3) 76 villas (lower casitas) and recreation center for the villas and casitas; and (4) a new golf clubhouse with associated improvements for the existing Pelican Hill Golf Course including a 312-space parking structure. Four separate Coastal Development Permits have been submitted to the County of Orange, one for each of the four main project components listed above.
