SAFER ENTRANCE FOF HIGHWAY 101 WILL BE PROVIDED. ACCELERATION AND DECELERATION LANES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC. THE OLD ENTRANCE WILL BE CLOSED. A NEW ENTRANCE ROAD TO PARKING AREAS WITHIN THE PARK WILL BE PROVIDED. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE A NEW ENTRANCE STATION. THIRTY-EIGHT (38) OLD ELM TREES WILL BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT THIS PROJECT.
