THE ARBUCKLE ESTATES PORTION OF THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF 30 INDIVIDUAL, RESIDENTIAL LOTS WITH A MINIMUM LOT SIZE OF APPROX. 7,000 SQ.FT. COLUSA CENTER PORTION OF THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF A 34,000 SQ.FT. COMMERCIAL LOT.
