PROPOSED SUBDIVISION IS FOR 25 HALF ACRE LOTS AND ABOUT 2 ACRES OF STREETS, 22 LOTS WOULD BE AT THE TOP OF QUAIL HILL AND 3 AT THE BOTTOM ACCESSING OLD MCCLOUD ROAD. REMAINING ACREAGE OF ABOUT 21 ACRES WILL BE UNDEVELOPED OPEN SPACE OWNED IN COMMON BY ALL LOT OWNERS IN THE SUBDIVISION.
