The City of Galt will be the Lead Agency and will prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) to provide the public and responsible and trustee agencies with information about the potential environmental effects of the proposed land acquisition project to provide additional lands near the Galt Wastewater Treatment Plant for sludge injection and secondary treated effluent. The SEIR will provide additional information to that discussed in the Wastewater Treatment Plant FEIR.
