EIR - 09/17/90 - PHASED CONSTRUCTION OF A 28 MILLION GALLONS PER DAY CAPACITY WASTEWATER RECLAMATION PLANT. FACILITY IS BEING SIZED TO SERVICE EXISTING AND FUTURE WASTEWATER TREATMENT NEEDS OF THE SERVICE AREA THROUGH THE YEAR 2020.
