Document Description
The project consist of revisions to conditions of approval to allow design of the bridge to occur by the occupancy of the 448th dwelling unit and construction of the bridge to occur by the 518th dwelling unit, for Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 61894. In addition, the modifications also include a new condition of approval requiring the establishment of a Community Facilities District to help finance future infrastructure improvements and revisions to several conditions related to the width of Bridge Road. All other existing conditions of approval for TTM 61894 remain applicable to the project.
