PROJECT IS THE SECOND PHASE OF A WINDFARM THAT WILL PROVIDE 60 MW OF ELECTRICITY TO PG&E. THE WINDFARM WILL CONSIST OF 600,100 KW WIND TURBINE GENERATORS, ACCESS ROADS, TRANSMIS- SION LINES, SUBSTATION AND RELATEDS FACILITIES. PHASE II APPLICATION INVOLVES THE PERMITTING OF 363 WTG SITES TO COVER ALL POTENTIAL AREAS WHERE 315 WTGS COULD BE SITED ON 13 PARCELS OF APPROX. 2,503 AC. ZONED "A-160" EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE.
