TWO YEARS OF ADDITIONAL CAPACITY FOR THE DISPOSAL OF REFUSE FROM EAST AND CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA COUNTY. THE EXISTING LANDFILL IS LOCATED ON AN 88-ACRE SITE NORTHEST OF THE INTERESECTION OF SOMERSVILLE ROAD AND JAMES DONLON BLVD. IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA, SURROUNDED BY THE CITY OF ANTIOCH.
