PGT/PG&E PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT 845 MILES OF PIPELINE AND RELATED FACILITIELS FROM THE CANADIAN BORDER AT KINGSGATE BRITISH COLUMBIA THROUGH IDAHO, WASHINGTON, OREGON AND CALIFORNIA TO PG&E'S PANOCHE METERING STATION IN FRESNO COUNTY. THE LINE WOULD DELIVER MID-1992 AND OPERATION WOULD BEGIN 11/93. THERE ARE APPROX. 415 MILES IN CALIFORNIA.
