CITY DETERMINED THAT A MORE DETAILED ANALYSIS OF TRAFFIC, AIR QUALITY AND NOISE CONCERNS OF IMPLEMENTING THE PROJECT SHOULD BE PERFORMED. THE SEIR INCORPORATES THE MORE DETAILED ANALYSES ALONG WITH UPDATED ANALYSIS OF THE REMAINING AREAS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN.
