Document Description
A supplement to the Lincoln Crossing EIR will be prepared for the proposed project, which would redesignate a school site for Medium Density Residential uses. The Western Placer Unified School District has determined the site is not needed for a school. The project would develop 166 units and a 0.2 acre neighborhood park. In additional, the project includes a parcel line adjustment with an adjacent park site, but with no net change in the park's acreage.
