Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2003-220 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the porject applicant, Suncal Companies. The project is the excavation and grading along Ingram Slough to restore wetlands as mitigation for other activities. The lead agency prepared an EIR for Specific Plan for residential and commercial development. This notice pertains only to the wetland restoration portion of the development.
