FOR A TOTAL SQ.FT. OF 285,092 SQ.FT. THE SPECIFIC PLAN INCLUDES REBUILDING AND REMODELING SOME EXIST- ING BUILDING. THE PROPOSED SPECIFIC PLAN INCLUDES LAND USE, CIRCULATION, DESIGN ADN IMPLEMENTATION ELEMENTS.
