- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0017-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Beaumont Sundance LLC. Project is limited to the commercial development of a 13.6 acre lot located on the west side of Highland Springs Avenue immediately north of Eighth Street within the City of Beaumont. The commercial development will include on-site parking and street improvements (e.g. sidewalk) and the reconstruction of the existing HSFCC. approx. 873 linear feet of the HSFCC are proposed to be replaced with reinforced concrete box culvert storm drain thereby placing the channel underground for this section.
