Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0219-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ms. Amy Glad of Pardee Homes. For the Sundance residential develoment (tentative tract maps 30332, 31468, 31469, and 31470), the operator is proposing to grade and develop approximately 1,195 acres into a residential development of 4,379 lots and supporting infrastructure. Total project impacts are 2.65 acres of non-riparian vegetated ephemeral streambed habitat.
