THE PROJECT WOULD DEVELOP 16.64 ACRES FOR USE AS A RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER AND WOULD CONSIST OF SIX DISTINCT BUILDINGS THAT ARE CONNECTED STRUCTURALLY BY UP TO 16 SMALLER RETAIL SPACES. IN ADDITION, OUR DETACHED BUILDING PADS WOULD BE SITUATED IN THE EASTERN AND NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE SITE. THE TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE PROPOSED FOR THE PROJECT IS 211,759 SF. POSSIBLE BUSINESSES AT THE SHOPPING CENTER INCLUDE A SUPERMARKET, DRUG STORE, CLOTHING STORE, GAS STATION, FAST-FOOT RESTAURANTS, AND A VARIETY OF SMALL RE- TAIL SHOPS.
