SUPPLEMENTAL EA SUBMITTED ON 1/16/90 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY ON THE SANTA CLARITA SITE. THE PROJECT WILL CONSISTS OF A GENERAL MAIL FACILITY OF APPROXIMATELY 700,000 SQ. FT., A WAREHOUSE OF APPROXIMATELY 43,000 SQ. FT., AND AN AUXILLIARY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE FACILITY OF APPROXIMATELY 22,000 SQ. FT.
