THE AREA PLAN REFLECTS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRAINTS IN THE WOODED HILLSIDE AREA, INCLUDING GEOLOGIC HAZARDS, SLOPE, BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES, AND ACCESS LIMITATIONS. IT WOULD BE ADOPTED AS A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT. NO SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS HAVE YET BEEN RECEIVED FOR THE AREA (PREVIOUS APPROVALS HAVE EXPIRED). ALSO INCLUDES 133 AC. OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE.
