AGENCY HAS PREPARED A SEIR TO ADDRESS PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE REDEV. PLAN, SPECIFICALLY THE ACCOMMODATION OF A COUNTY ADMINISTRATION COMPLEX IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THIS WILL MEET THE COUNTY'S NEED FOR OFFICE AREA BEING TAKEN BY THE COURT SYSTEM.
