Involves the widening of State Highway 65 between Industrial Avenue and Westlake Boulevard/Ferrari Ranch Road with transitions at the south and north limits to conform to the existing roadway. Improvements to SR 65 would begin approximately 1,150 feet south of Industrial Avenue and extend north approximately 984 feet south of the two lane Auburn Ravine Bridge. The project would widen SR 65 from a two lane highway to a four lane highway plus a paved and striped median width of 11.8 feet.
