REMOVE EXISTING TRAPAZOIDAL CONCRETE CHANNEL AND REPLACE WITH A NEW VERTICAL WALLED CONCRETE CHANNEL. PROJECT WILL PROVIDE COMMUNITY WITH 1% FLOOD PROTECTION. ETE CHANNEL WITH A LARGER CAPACITY VERTICAL WALL TO ACCOMODA TE A SEVERLY CONSTRAINED RIGHT-OF-WAY AND AVOID IMPACTS TO ADJACENT HOMES.
