SITE DEVELOPMENT WOULD INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN APPROX. 12,400 SF BUILDING TO HOUSE FACILITY OPERATIONS; A 500 SF COVERED STORAGE AREA FOR FLAMMABLE LIQUID DRUMS; PARKING AND SERVICE AREAS ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE; UTILITIES PROVISIONS; LANDSCAPING; A NEW ACCESS ROAD; AND CLOSURE OF THE EXISTING LBL HWHF.
