NOTE: Revised NOP KCL proposes an increase in the current maximum daily tonnage limit for disposal from 3,500 to 4,900 tons per day and to exclude the following daily tonnage limits for non-landfilled materials: Green Waste - 500 tons per day; Wood Waste - 300 TPD; Inert material - 500 TPD (includes concrete, asphalt base material); and proposes to increase the daily truck trips from 320 to 395.
