Document Description
Sement 3 of the State Route 4 Bypass (Bypass) includes construction of a new two-lane expressway with at-grade intersection. A future ultimate facility would include four lanes with grade-separated interchanges. Segment 3 will continue the Bypass from its current terminus at Balfour Road, poceeding southward to Marsh Creek Road would allow motorists to continue eastward to connect with the existing State Route 4 at Byron Highway.
