IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE HOTEL WILL BE A RESTAURANT, RETAIL SPACE, AND BANQUET ROOM. A TOTAL OF 43 ON SITE PARKING SPACES WILL BE PROVIDED. THE MCCLOUD HOTEL HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED AS A LOCAL HISTORIC LANDMARK, AND IS RECOMMENDED TO BE A PART OF THE MCCLOUD NATIONAL HISTORIC DISTRICT. THE STATE HISTORIC BUILDING CODE WILL B3E USED IN THE HOTEL REHABILITATION.
