DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WHICH THE COUNTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ALONG SHOULDERS, ROADSIDES, AND DRAINAGE DITCHES; AT ROAD MAINTENANCE STATIONS, SOLID WASTE CONTAINER SITES, AIRPORTS, FLOOD CONTROL LEVEES AND BOAT RAMPS CONTROLLEDL BY MANUAL, MECHANICAL AND CHEMICAL METHODS. THE EIR WILL EVALUATE THE IMPACTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE DIFFERENT METHODS OF MANAGING VEGETATION.
