SONOMA COUNTY PROPOSES TO RECONSTRUCT WINDSOR ROAD FROM THE INTERSECTION WITH WINDSOR RIVER ROAD SOUTHERLY FOR ONE-HALF MILE. THE RECONSTRUCTED ROAD WILL AHVE TWO THROUGH TRAFFIC LANES WITH PAVED SHOULDERS. LEFT TURN LANES WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT SOME INTERSECTIONS. CURB, GUTTER, AND SIDEWALK WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE ROAD IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE PROJECT. STORM DRAINS WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE PROJECT.
