THE PROJECT INVOLVES NEW SERVICE ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING SERVICE ROADS. THE SERVICE ROAD WILL BE USED FOR ACCESS TO A TEST WELL SITE; FOR SELECT TIMBER HARVESTING; FOR SECURITY PATROLS AND FIRE SUPPRESSION.
