Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-221) pursuant to Section 1601. The Operator proposes to develop a flood control structure in a 100-year flood plain of McCoy Wash. The project will consist of five primary components: (1) the main dam and principle spillway; (2) the east saddle dam and a diversion channel; (3) the west saddle dam; (4) the reservoir and borrow areas; and (5) a training dike and access road east of the east saddle dam.
