Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Art Reeve representing the County of Del Norte. The applicant proposes to breach the sand bar isolating Lake Tolowa from the Pacific Ocean in Del Norte County, in conformance with the adopted alternative of the approved Lake Earl Management Plan.
